Our standard production time is around a week. We make each neon to order, so the timing is focused on getting the final result right.

Your neon arrives with everything needed to get started: the controller option you choose, a power adapter, a mounting kit, and a simple guide covering setup, mounting, and the important bits worth knowing.

Yes. You can adjust the brightness to get the look you want. You can choose between a physical controller and a Wi-Fi receiver with app control. The Wi-Fi option also includes music sync.

No. The setup is simple and designed to be easy to handle without overcomplicating it. We include the mounting kit and a guide to help you install the neon properly.

Our neon signs are currently made for indoor use only.
